Procedure to Resolve the Complaints in Anti-Ragging Committee 

• Students are advised to bring to the notice of any Faculty Member or Anti- Ragging Committee, any issue of Ragging in person or by phone call or by written note.
• First the complaint lodged by a student will be entered in the register of the Anti-Ragging Committee with the help of one its member.
• Then it will be informed to the Principal. He/she will call all the members of the committee immediately to investigate the issue. An enquiry will be conducted by calling the student lodging the complaint and the student or group of students indicated.
• Both the students and group of students will be asked to give the clarification about the issue.
• The issue will be immediately discussed by the committee members thoroughly. Finally, after due considerations the committee members make a decision to resolve the issue.
• At the end, if any student or group of students is found guilty, they will be punished by being debarred from appearing in any test/University Exam or Cancellation of admission, suspension or expulsion from the institute or filing FIR with the police, based on the intensity of the complaint.
